Building Permits & Inspections

If you are a homeowner looking to remodel your home beyond cosmetic work, then permits are required for certain activities.  Email the City Clerk at cityclerk@holdenmo.gov if you have questions about whether a permit is required or not.

If you are a builder, a developer, or a property owner seeking to build a NEW structure on the property, then email the cityclerk@holdenmo.gov to obtain a building permit package.
