Water & Wastewater Services Transition Update

The Board of Public Works (BPW) has selected Clearwater Solutions as our new partner for water and wastewater operations and the City Council has approved the contract. Clearwater Solutions brings extensive experience in municipal utility management and is committed to serving Holden with professionalism and care.

We would also like to recognize and thank Tony Lerda for his long-standing service to our community through O&M Enterprises. His dedication has been greatly appreciated, and we wish him the very best.

Residents can expect uninterrupted service throughout the transition, and more updates will follow as the partnership moves forward.
