The men and women of the Holden Police Department strive to perform their duties to the highest of professional standards. We are dedicated to protecting the people and places of Holden. To reach the Police Department for a NON-EMERGENCY, please call 816-850-4154. If this is an emergency, please dial 911 and Central Dispatch will notify the police of the emergency. 

Mission: Through collaborative efforts and partnerships, the Holden Police Department guards the life, property, and constitutional rights of all and pursues justice with compassion and respect for all our citizens to ensure a safe and secure community.

The Department also earned the distinction of being a member of Governor Kehoe's Blue Shield Program which recognizes local governments that make significant efforts to reduce crime, foster law enforcement collaboration, and build strong community partnerships for public safety.
