Invitation to Bid on Police Department Roof Replacement

If you are a roofing contractor with experience in TPO roofs, you are invited to bid on the replacement of the Police Department roof. See invitation below.
The City of Holden is requesting sealed bids from qualified vendors for the following projects:
Holden Police Department roof replacement
Scope of Work
Examine the roof and parapets on the Police Department Building located at 110 W. 3rd Street, Holden, MO 64040. Provide an overall evaluation of the existing roof status, including substrate and waterproofing fabric on both roof surface and parapets. From this analysis, propose corrective actions for problem areas found to replace roofing material to prevent water intruding into interior of building. Proposals must clearly list & identify materials that will be used with cost listed. Respondents are invited to inspect the building on March 18, 2025.
Bids must include, but not limited to:
Name, address, phone number, date, time, and the bid amount.
Bids must be in a sealed envelope and marked with “SEALED: PD roof replacement”.
Bids will be accepted until March 26, 2025, at 1:00PM.
Sealed bids are to be turned into City Hall.
Bid opening will be held immediately following at City Hall.
